Patent awarded : Method for preparation of substituted nitrophenyl-sulfur-pentafluorides

The discovery deals with a method for preparation of substituted nitro-phenyl-sulfur-pentafluorides using nucleophilic aromatic substitution for hydrogen. The discovery includes also other chemical modifications of primary products.

Patent awarded : Method for detection of RNA molecules polyadenylated at 3´ end and molecules of RNA which contain inside the chain stretch of closely following adenines using 5-bromo-2´-deoxyuridine, 5-iodo-2´-deoxyuridine and 5-chloro-2´-deoxyuridine in the form of tri-phosphates in permeabilized cells and tissues and cellular or tissue cross-sections.

The discovery deals with a method of detection of sequences of ribonucleic acids using DNA synthesis in situ both in permeabilized cells or tissues and in cellular and tissue cross-sections with the use of reverse transcription, labeled nucleotides which stabilize the formed duplex made of the chain of ribonucleic acid (RNA), and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), and short oligonucleotide fragment.

Patent awarded : Digestive tract simulator

The invention relates to the simulation of the human digestive system, consisting of a set of two deformable chambers kept at constant temperature during operation and formed by interconnected elastic bags. Each of the bags is equipped by outlets for hydraulic interconnection, by outlets for measuring probes connection and by outlets for sample withdrawal and refilling of titration solvent.
